Melting Furnace

Application The furnace rapidly melts electrolytic copper and ensures the quality of copper. Feature 1. Applying high-speed flame shock heating:direct high-speed flame spaying on the preheated charge materials and melted copper liquid in a smaller chamber can realize rapid-melting,energy-saving and burning loss reducing. 2. Applying two (top and bottom) discharge outlets:top discharge outlet is being used in the continuous melting process.Make sure that there is always some copper liquid left in the furnace so that newly added copper can be quickly melted.It can also decrease the burning loss to the lowest of 0.6% due to the decreasing oxidation area. 3. Rational geographical layout of the furnace door:the furnace door should be small and there should be a good seal around it,so that the burning loss is little,the operating is convenient and operating condition is good. 4. Feeding charge materials from the furnace throat:it can be very convenient and safe,and do not take much labor force when accompanied by the half-sealed skip loader.Besides,the temperature fluctuation is samll and the life span is longer too.
